Hi, I’m Akriti Sharma, an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) here at Bubby’s Early Learning Childcare. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging space where children can learn and grow. With experience in both childcare and senior care, I’ve developed a strong foundation in compassionate, hands-on support. I love getting to know each child and supporting their unique development through play, structure, and meaningful connection. I’m also certified in First Aid and CPR and always focus on keeping our environment safe, supportive, and fun!

Whether it’s story time, outdoor play, or arts and crafts, I enjoy being part of each moment that brings joy and learning into a child’s day. Hello, my name is Rose Politano, and I am the Haultain Street Bubby’s manager. I have been working at Bubby’s for the past 9 months, but I have worked in the industry for 11 years and am an ECE. I am a very proud mother to a 7-year-old girl. Preschool is my preferred age group of children to work with, and I enjoy the teaching aspect of the job. I love doing art, baking, cooking, dancing, and music. I love working at Bubby’s, and I am looking forward to getting to know all of the families who come through our door and become a part of the Bubby’s family.
